Today is another raining day.  I went to office in the morning then went to see traditional medicine doctor in the afternoon.  After acupuncture remedy, I went to Hengchun Tourism Hospital department of gynecology.  A few month ago, I had bleeding symptom and the doctor gave me blood test and internal diagnosis.  The doctor said everything is fine.  Thanks God.

The coming Saturday has a big election about Taiwan legislator recall.  I am really worried about it.  Because it relates Taiwan's future development.  The China government is trying to control Taiwan by KMT and TPP legislators.  They made several propose laws to extend legislators power and close to CCP.

English practice 30-day project D1

In order to make my life to keep away meaningless app and video.  I am going to make a 30 days project.  30 days is a proper period, I think.  If it is work, I will keep going to try different project.

Today is Saturday. I planed to go to work but typhoon close to this area.  The weather is pretty bad today.  My house is leaking again.  It is quite frustrated because I fixed it several times.  And the leaking problem is still there.  Anyway I will try again.  I believe I can find the leaking points.

About the lunch, I cooked stir-fried water lily and tomato sauce shrimps.  The soup is lotus root with mushroom meatball.  About the mushroom meatball,  I was disappointed and the price is a little bit high which compared with other brand.

父親的最後一哩路

上週父親又送急診，離上次出院還不到一個月，這次症狀更嚴重更難醫治。"嗜血症"從未聽過的病毒侵襲父親，肺部嚴重積水，呼吸道充滿大量的膿痰，幾乎無法呼吸的狀況。原來住在安養中心又吊掛多種管線的老者，被感染發炎的機率是如此之高。

治療過程少不了抽痰，而且是深度的抽，抽出的痰還帶著血。上次在安養中心看到護理人員幫老人抽痰的畫面還在腦海裡，老人無法言語，但每一個抽出的動作就喊一聲，眼裡都是淚，可想而知有多痛。另外肺積水嚴重，體內氧氣及低，積水無法透過藥物排除，只好進行背後穿刺手術，左右各一次。經過這一系列的過程，病情終於穩定下來。

此時的他已剩47公斤無法下床四肢萎縮，身上還有鼻胃管，尿道管，有時還要加上氧氣管。家人們都不願意讓他再回到安養機構，覺得他們沒有能力照顧，會很快再住院。 考慮醫院的附屬安養機構，但難度比進台灣大學還難。於是我建議家人考慮緩和照顧，終於今天哥哥跟醫師提出，院方也派了人來評估。

父親的失智無法痊癒，身體的變形無法逆轉，被人翻開被子換尿布，多愛面子的父親，我相信他的靈魂也不願意。緩和照顧是不再做侵入性治療，依身體表徵症狀治療。我真心希望爸爸能放下掛念，勇敢面對死亡，走上人生的最後一哩路。

本周有點傷心

這周得知兩隻狗狗過世有點感傷，一隻是聰明溫柔的大黑狗歐元，偷跑出去玩的時候被鄰居的三隻彼特犬咬死。歐元很愛搭車車，我也很偏心即使他不用洗澡也會讓他跟著哥哥妹妹一起來玩，吹吹冷氣。洗澡時你怎麼弄他，他就是不會生氣，除了體重過重，搬動他時要費盡力氣才能拖上澡台的缺點。

另一隻是朋友的狗，有時也會來住宿的小公主Chino，是爸爸的寶貝。前不久意外跌傷了脊椎，爸媽花費高額醫療費救治，原本以為有好轉回到家中，但神經病並沒有重生，即使吃了止痛藥依舊疼痛不已。最後主人還是以安樂的方式送走她。

與人類相比，我對狗貓的感受更為強烈，因為他們是一群無法替自己發聲的群體，生存條件也比人類差很多。而且只要你對他們好，一旦他們接受你就是無條件的愛你，沒有恨這個字。唉，希望他們此時都在天堂快樂地奔跑。
